'Xipe-Totec'; Europa Gangs - New Town Gang Member

Name: Xipe Totec
Gang: New Town. Challenger to Old Town gang territory. Strong ties to drug crimes, money laundering and extortion.

Setting:
The location 'Europa' is a sprawling arcology of a post extinction-event future, spreading across much of 22st century Europe and existing under a patchwork of geodesic domes.
The cityscape has distinct levels; Sky level, Upper level, Mid Street level, Lower Sub level, Transit / Utility pipes.
Gangs are known for dominance in certain areas but there is always flux within these territories.
